Refund policy
Warranty:
All KaseMe cases come with a 1-year guarantee policy starting on the shipping date of your order. If your product breaks or shows signs of a production defect, please contact us at [email protected], and our team will assist you in obtaining a new case free of charge. KaseMe reserves the right to withhold a refund if the returned product exhibits normal wear and tear from use and does not fall within our one-year coverage. No substitute product will be provided in exchange for the original defective product. To avoid fraud, a maximum of 4 exchanges under the warranty is allowed within the one year period.
Returns (if applicable):
You may exchange your product within 30 days of the ship date if it has not been used. Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are only possible in the case of a defective product. This policy does not apply to personalized products, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
KaseMe will replace items if they fall under our warranty policy or if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to return your product, please send us an email at [email protected]. Keep in mind that products featuring custom images are not exchangeable or refundable unless defective.
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective.
Custom Products:
By purchasing a custom product with your own image(s), you agree to own all rights to use the submitted image(s). KaseMe is not responsible for images submitted with trademarks or intellectual property rights. The customer assumes full responsibility for the assets submitted.
